Deviation of actual values for tasks and assignments

Issue/Introduction

 The Actuals on Task in Project is not matching the the Actuals in the Assignments

Environment

v16.3.2

Cause

Due to WBS sequence issue on the tasks.

Resolution

Actuals on Task tab is calculated by function PRJ_EFFORT_FCT.  It calculates the sum of actuals on the task based on the following logic:  

(t.prwbssequence >= wbsInfo.prwbssequence and t.prwbssequence < wbsInfo.WBS_NNBSEQ)

 

The actuals mismatch on Task and Assignment is due to the Wbssequence on the tasks. Fix the WBS sequence issue on the tasks.
