Some properties cannot be displayed properly on Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

• Some properties cannot be displayed properly on Aria Operations., even in the policy the entries for those properties have been configured to "Activated"
  
  For example in the picture below, on ESXi host:
  • "UserVars.ESXiShellTimeOut" is configured to 3600. But on Aria Operations, the value is 0.
  • "NTP Server" is configured with IP address. But on Aria Operations, the value is "none"
  • The issue may be encountered on other properties, not limited to two properties above.
    
    
    
    
• Restart Aria Operations cannot resolve this issue

Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

The reason for this issue is unknown.

Resolution

Workaround:

1. Deactivate the problematic properties in the policy;
2. Wait for at least one collecting interval;
3. Activate the problematic properties in the policy;
