Issue/Introduction

Have removed a server from the SLA report and done the recalculation still percentage is same 

Environment

Any supported UIM version 

Resolution

  1. For the problematic SLA report, select the Recalculate option from the option list
  2. On the Job Properties dialogue, select the Fixed Report option, then select the report period(s) to recalculate
  3. Select the Create historic data option
  4. Select the Ok button to submit the job
