[VMC] HLM no longer working after VMC on AWS SDDC upgrade

Issue/Introduction

• The VMC on AWS SDDC was recently upgraded to version 1.26 or newer. 
• After this upgrade, Hybrid Linked Mode (HLM) is no longer working as expected. 
• HLM is configured using the vCenter Cloud Gateway Appliance (VCGA). 

Environment

VMC on AWS

Cause

• The current version of the VCGA is compatible with VMC on AWS SDDC version 1.24. 
• This is the last version of the VCGA to be released, and it will be deprecated. 

Resolution

To continue using HLM, configure it directly from the VMC on AWS vCenter UI: Link to an On-Premises Data Center
