url_response 403 error on test URL

Issue/Introduction

Test URL fails with 403 error and the following in the url_response.log:

Environment

• UIM 23.4
• url_reponse probe

Resolution

Adding an * 'asterisk' to the end of the URL, may allow to get past the 403 error.
