Error ODF-0015 - Include in Hierarchies cannot be enabled for Custom Investments

Issue/Introduction

For any custom investment type Object having sub-objects, that is created prior to or in the version 16.1.3, post upgrade to version 16.2.3, the Include in Hierarchies cannot be enabled and the following error: ODF-0015 is observed on the GUI

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1 In any Clarity prior version of 16.1.3, from Classic UI create an Investment type object

Ensure that the Object Extension = Investment Extension and Do no enable the option: Include in Hierarchies

2 Create two sub-objects of the Custom Investment object created on Step 1 and API enable them

3 Upgrade to Clarity version 16.2.3 or higher

On the higher version log into Clarity and access the Investment type object created on Step 1, enable the checkbox Include in Hierarchies and click on the Save button

 

Expected Results :-

The Include in Hierarchies should get enabled and accordingly get saved for the object

Actual Results :-

Error: ODF-0015: Value must be unique, error is being observed and the Include in Hierarchies does not get enabled
