Issue/Introduction

Once the JMX agent is deployed on Tomcat, it does not create any log files.

Environment

Automic Automation Engine 21.0.X

Cause

Issue.

Resolution

Public Title:
The JMX agent does not create any log file

Public Description:
The JMX Agent does not write a log file in the expected location (logs folder in the webapp) when deployed in tomcat. This was caused by a wrong INI file which contained relative windows path e.g. ..\temp\ for the log folder.

When the agent starts in tomcat it will now update the log and trace file location to point to the logs folder as it was in 12.3
