BBR error while running on tanzu Application Service

Issue/Introduction

The BBR process finishes with an error similar to:

Error attempting to run backup for job s3-unversioned-blobstore-backup-restorer on backup_restore/xxx-yyy
Failed to run: failed to copy blobs during backup: failing copying blobs in parallel: 
failed to get blob size for blob 'xxx-yyy-zzz' in bucket 'bucket_name': operation error S3: HeadObject, 
https response error StatusCode: 404, RequestID: xyz, 
HostID: xxx-yyy-zzz,

Environment

TAS 6.x

TAS 10.x

Cause

BBR is listing all files in the source bucket which is specified on a release from the deployment and fails due to permissions or server side issue as it can't get the size of the blob. 

Resolution

Verify permissions for BBR process on server side.
