Customer receives a new ZTNA license and needs to reconnect ZTNA to the Cloud SWG tenant. When Symantec WSS, in the ZTNA Admin Portal, is clicked and the Cloud SWG tenant Subscription ID, and the IDP, is filled in, and then the "SAVE" button is also clicked, the following error message is returned.
"Bad request
Invalid request parameters: Failed to save WSS integration"

The old ZTNA license had expired, could it be related to this?
ZTNA Integration with Cloud SWG (iInitial Phase)
Following backend checks done, it was found that the old ZTNA tenant was already linked with the WSS tenant, hence the error returned.
The old ZTNA tenant was delinked, to allow the new ZTNA tenant integration with the Cloud SWG tenant.
