Expand All/Collapse All in Sub tabs get Stuck

Issue/Introduction

Expand All/Collapse All in Sub tabs get Stuck when switching between the sub tabs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to MUX - Blueprints 
2. Open a Project Blueprints
3. Add a Sub page (Name: Documents) to Properties Tab 
4. Add a couple of sections to the Documents sub page
5. Publish the Blueprint
6. Navigate to projects and assign the above BP to a project and open the project
7. Initial Left pane shows - "<<Collapse", Right pane shows - "Collapse All". This is the default state i.e in Expanded mode.
   1) Click on "Collapse All" on right pane. Now right pane shows "Expand All". Left pane state is "<<Collapse".
   2) Click on "Documents" in left pane. Right pane shows as "Collapse All". Left pane shows as "<<Collapse". This is the default state for the Documents page. i.e in Expanded mode.
   3) Click on "Collapse All" on right pane, now it shows "Expand All" on right pane. Left pane shows "<<Collapse"
   4) Click on General - Note that the right pane now shows "Expand All" although it is already in a state which is detailed (expand mode). Clicking on "Expand All" on right pane - doesn't work and stuck. Cannot change to "Collapse All" now.

Workaround: Hard refresh the page
