ConnectALL syncs were processed out of order of Record Update

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an automation between Jira <> Rally
2. Add Description field to sync bidirectionally.
3. Try to sync Inline attachment in Jira discription to Rally Description.  

Actual Results: 
The sync is partially succcessful and attachment sync causing the description field value not to sync due to inline attachment.
We are waiting for the description field config.

Expected Results: 
Inline attachment and description should sync fine.
