Real time grapher is not working

Issue/Introduction

When clicked on particular metric , instances are not listed it throws error as "Please configure the Agent before sending commands": 

Environment

M&R 7.x 

Cause

Device connectivity with MnR is not working. 

Resolution

Please make sure device is SNMP reachable from M&R frontend.

Additional Information

• For SNMP V3 device make sure to add the device in M&R discovery as well. Verify the agent is listed in the polling distribution files.
• Please refer metrics.xml file under /opt/APG/Custom/WebApps-Resources/Default/real-time-grapher for OID's configured.
• This feature would work for those devices that have data for the configured MIBs.
