Node pool cannot be created or deleted in a TCA cluster

Issue/Introduction

Management pods may have issue processing the node pool changes.

Environment

TCA 3.2 , 3.3

Cause

Vmconfig-operator pod is in Error state due to image pull failure which cause the node pool stuck in processing state for longer timeline; this is due to Airgap server certificate is expired.

Resolution

Follow KB article Update Airgap trusted certificate for the management cluster via CLI tool to update airgap server.
