SRM Plugin in VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator(VRO) takes a long time to load results

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms : 

• When using the SRM plugin in VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator (vRO), the Get Network Mappings Pairs action may take an extended amount of time to return results when there are a large number of networks in vCenter inventory. In some cases, the delay may range from 1 to 2 hours.
  
  
• This behavior is observed specifically during execution of the out-of-the-box vRO action getNetworkMappingPairs.

Environment

• vSphere Client: 8.x

• Live Recovery Manager (SRM): 9.x

• vSphere Replication (VR): 9.x

• VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator (vRO): 8.x

 

Cause

This behavior is a known issue with the SRM Plugin.

Resolution

A permanent fix is planned for a future release. For assistance, contact Broadcom Support.
