We are seeing some issues when attempting to install the latest SupportPack patch.
After uploading the SupportPack using the "Upload a patch to the Gateway" menu, attempting to install the patch results in the following error: "Patch operation failed : Patch API Error: Cannot install patch when status is NONE". The patch appears in the installation menu, but the name is truncated.
When viewing the "Install a patch onto the Gateway" menu, the name for the patch and the description are missing.

The patch management program cannot read the uploaded patch ID properly for some unknown reason.
Use the patch.sh to install the patch:
/opt/SecureSpan/PatchManagement/bin/patch.sh install <Patch ID>
