Deleting a user fails with error Unable to delete user. Try again.
VIP Manager reports shows the error This account is not authorized to perform the requested operation.
This can occur when users are being deleted directly from VIP Manager, during an LDAP sync, or a deleteUser API call.
A VIP credential may be associated with the end-user in the VIP database that is not assigned to the user in VIP Manager.
Remove any VIP credentials assigned to the user and try again. If the error persists, open a Broadcom support case for the VIP team and provide the User ID(s). (see: Creating and managing Broadcom support cases)
