Restore of the Control Center database has failed and information regarding the failure has been written to the Control Center log file BrightmailLog.log
There are a number of potential reasons the database restore might have failed:

Aug 11 2025 09:16:09 [Thread-15] [ScriptHelper] ERROR - Failed to transmit the file: Error: Bad password [ [email protected]'s ]ERROR: Unable to retrieve archive from the specified URL.To ensure the integrity of the backup / restore process, Messaging Gateway backup files contain an internal cryptographic signature used to ensure that the backup file has not been modified. Any modifications or corruption of the backup file will cause the file to be rejected by the Control Center to ensure data integrity and security. A corrupted or modified backup file cannot be restored to the SMG Control Center by any means and a different backup file will need to be selected for restore.
Ensure that the credentials provided for the transfer / download of the backup file are correct.
