Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Virtual Appiance Identity Manager 14.5.1 from CentOS 8 to CentOS 9, creating a SCIM-type endpoint remains in the "in progress" state and does not change status.

Environment

Vapp Identity Manager 14.5 SP1 

Cause

Defect on Identity Manger 14.5 SP1 

Resolution

Apply  Vapp 14.5 SP1 CHF1 on Provisioning Server and Connector Server components
