Aria Operations Automation Job Can't Delete Snapshots Older than 7 days

Issue/Introduction
Automation Job is configured to delete snapshots older than 7 days daily. However, the jobs are failing, and email alerts are triggered on the failure to delete the queried snapshots.
Environment
Aria Operations 8.x
Cause
Insufficient permissioned configured for Action User in vCenter. The following Error can be seen from Administration > Control Panel > Recent Tasks.
RuntimeFault exception, message:[Permission to perform this operation was denied.]
Resolution
In vCenter, ensure the following permissions are defined for the Action User:
Virtual Machine > Snapshot Management
Create SnapshotRemove Snapshot
