Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY:

The start and end periods on Benefit plan is not honoring the default values from Studio->Object-> Attributes, instead Start and End of the investment is used to populate End and Start periods.  No plan defaults populated on entity in Classic UI.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in classic UI
  2. Navigate to Admin -> Studio -> Objects -> Benefit Plan Object -> Attributes
  3. Set the following defaults on the following attributes
    • Period Type: Quarterly:
    • End Period: Q1-2013
    • Start Period: Q4-2040
  4. Navigate to New UI
  5. Create a benefit plan on any project

Expected Results: When creating new benefit plan the above default values are populated

Actual Results: Start and End of the investment is used to populate End and Start periods

DE174500 is fixed in v16.4.0.
