Issue/Introduction

VCF Automation install fails with: "Update admin password Error Code: LCMVCFA00014 Could not get VCF Automation token for host: #### username: admin@System. Connect to ####:443 [####/####] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)"

Environment

VCF Automation 9.0.

Cause

This error can occur if the new Automation environment is configured with different "FQDN" and "vcfa FQDN" values in the installer UI.

Resolution

Deploy a new Automation 9.0 component, setting both "FQDN" and "vcfa FQDN" as the same address.
