Chargeback/Aria Operations alerts not showing for tenant app user after migration from standalone to embedded chargeback

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Tenant App / Chargeback from standalone to embedded version with Aria Operations 8.18.x, tenant users do not see all alerts in their vCD tenant login.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Not all alerts are displayed to tenants by default.

Resolution

The alerts which should be seen by a VCD tenant need to be manually selected in Aria Operations, this can be done on an alert by alert basis or for all active alerts as per the steps below:

Aria Operations - Per individual alert:

Open the Aria Operations UI and browse to Operations >> Configurations >> Alert Definitions, manually select the alert and select "For VCD Tenants"

Aria Operations - All Active Alerts:

Open the Aria Operations UI and browse to Operations >> Alerts

Click on filter icon next to Status:Active -> view more filters 

Scroll down 

Select For VCD Tenants - Yes
