'Add Staff' button is disabled under the 'Staff' tab in a Project

Issue/Introduction

In spite of having all access rights, the 'Add Staff' button is disabled. Why would this happen?

Resolution

A Rule could be defined in a Blueprint that disables adding staff under certain conditions. Check for this possibility.
