Issue/Introduction

There is an attribute with ID percentComplete in the investment object. It is required to load this attribute into the DWH. But this option appears greyed out in the attribute definition.

Resolution

This attribute is auto-populated, without making any changes to the attribute definition.

Look for pct_complete column on the following tables:

• dwh_inv_summary_facts
• dwh_inv_task
• dwh_inv_task_summary_facts

Additional Information

• Issue: It is noticed that the column mentioned above does not get populated after a successful run of the 'Load Data Warehouse' job.
• Resolution: Check for any updates that might be happening to Project records while the 'Load Data Warehouse' job executes. This can be done by looking at 'Last Updated Date' column in the Project Grid / List Views. If there are updates happening while the job executes, then find out if there are Processes that are scheduled in the system, via the 'Execute a Process' job, that are responsible for this. The 'Load Data Warehouse' job would have to be scheduled in such a fashion that it executes when Project records are not updated in parallel by other functionalities.
