SRM UI is constantly loading and throwing 401 errors

Issue/Introduction

Recovery administrator has an issue where SRM UI is constantly loading and throwing 401 errors after each refresh

And there are a multitude of enhanced linked vCenters

Environment

vCenter 8.0

VLSR 9.0.2

Cause

dr.log file shows an SSO Server Federation change issue for a specific vCenter on the VLSR appliances

and the vCenter  is not accessible as a replication partner and cannot be pinged

Resolution

There was a change in the network which had isolated the vCenter reported in the dr.log and when that network connection was restored the issue was resolved.
