Can't update group members after upgrade to 14.5

CA Harvest Software Change Manager

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded Harvest from 13.0.3 to 14.5 and then we couldn't change group members anymore.

  1. Log in as administrator (harvest user) in CA Harvest Administrator.
  2. Confirm that harvest user has administrator roles.
  3. Add new groups to an user  and press OK to save changes.
  4. Refresh and reopen the user properties and notice that groups granted earlier are not saved/visible.

CA Harvest Software Change Manager 14.5

Resolution

Please upgrade to 14.5.01.

If after upgrade to 14.5.01 the issue persists please contact Broadcom Support.
