Errors while running Initial DBSIZE job in new unit

Issue/Introduction

As part of building a new MICS VCA unit, the DBSIZE job abends with a U0999 error.  
The SASLOG contains the following errors:

ERROR: Cannot %INCLUDE member $VCACYCS in the aggregate USOURCE.
ERROR 180-322: Statement is not valid or it is used out of proper order.

 

Cause

CYCLEGEN job not run in the new unit.

Resolution

This 'prefix.USER.SOURCE($VCACYCS)' member gets generated when the CYCLEGEN job is run.   As part of building a new unit, CYCLEGEN should have run as part of the UNITGEN1 step.    
Submit the job in 'prefix.CNTL(CYCLEGEN)' and then inspect 'prefix.USER.SOURCE' to confirm the presence of $VCACYCS.   Then submit the DBSIZE job again.
