Issue/Introduction

Should we have only WSS agent bypass for the Explicit access method. 

Resolution

WSS agent Bypass is being manager via Agent Traffic Manager and Explicit Method bypass is managed via PAC file Manager. These are not same both different access method has different bypass configuration
