This Article describes the required steps to assign Quarantine Administrators for Anti-spam, Image control, Data protection service. in order to manage your company's users quarantine.

In order to assign an Administrator to manage your company's users quarantine, follow the below steps :
1 - Log in to the client net portal : https://clients.messagelabs.com
2 - Go to Dashboard > Platform > User Quarantine Settings
3 - Locate the Administrators Tab and Add the Admin's email ID as shown in the below screenshot.
4 - Save and Exit
Note : You can assign an Administrator for the Anti-spam Quarantine to manage specific domains by using Custom settings or Global settings.
