Issue/Introduction

• Unable to access EDAA services

• Getting below error in ElasticSearch log:

  • [2025-08-07T01:41:51,014][DEBUG][o.e.a.b.TransportShardBulkAction] [<hostname>] [smarts][0] failed to execute bulk item (delete) delete {[smarts][alert][64b5df12-9173-5b3a-8ee9-33ad5f41213c]}
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Rejecting mapping update to [smarts] as the final mapping would have more than 1 type: [_doc, alert]
            at org.elasticsearch.cluster.metadata.MetaDataMappingService$PutMappingExecutor.applyRequest(MetaDataMappingService.java:272) ~[elasticsearch-7.3.1-SNAPSHOT.jar:7.3.1-SNAPSHOT]    

• rabbitmq queues are not getting processed

Environment

Smarts SAM v10.1.7

Resolution

Upgrade Smarts to the latest version to resolve this issue.
