When accessing the ProxySG Web Console directly, users may encounter session timeouts.
HAR file analysis shows continuous requests to:
https://<ProxyIP>:8082/Secure/Local/console/query-expiration
However, launching the Web Console from Management Center > Operations > Launch Console for the same ProxySG does not result in the issue.
This behavior can occur if the clock on the ProxySG is not in sync with the actual time.
Time desynchronization can cause session tokens to be considered invalid immediately after being issued, resulting in continuous polling attempts.
Verify NTP Configuration:
From the ProxySG Management Console, go to:
Administration > General > Time
Ensure that NTP servers are correctly configured and reachable.
If there is an issue with NTP server, click on Set to Browser Time to sync current time with browser
Once time synchronization is restored, the session timeout issue should no longer occur.
