VCPLCM is Reporting Certificate and Password Issues with the VCD Deployment

Issue/Introduction

VCPLCM Web UI is showing Critical alert that certificate for one the VCD Cells has expired.

Environment

VCPLCM 1.7

Cause

This alert will trigger in VCPLCM web UI, since the vCD Certificates are already expired.

Resolution

Replace the vCD Certificates following the document : SSL Certificate Creation and Management of Your VMware Cloud Director Appliance

 

Post replacing the certificates, You should not see alert in the VCPLCM web interface for the vCD certificates.
