Best practices for Redis version management with Aria Config

Issue/Introduction

The installer for Aria Config provides a version of Redis 6.x. Can I upgrade/downgrade this version to align with our OS distribution provided version of Redis?

Resolution

Redis is used as a high performance in-memory key-value store. It is recommended that you use the version of Redis that is shipped with the installer bundle for best compatibility with the product. The latest Redis version can be downloaded using https://redis.io/downloads/
