UIMAPI "Page not found" after upgrading OC to new CU

Issue/Introduction

UIMAPI page is not loading after upgrading UIM OC to 23.4.5 (CU5) / 23.4.6 (CU6) 

The error seen when navigating to the uimapi swagger address is:

"Page Not Found
The requested page cannot be found."

 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4.5 (CU5), 23.4.6 (CU6) or later
• uimapi 23.4.5, 23.4.6

Cause

UIMAPI webapp is set to load_on_startup=false after the installation of the OC Cumulative Update (CU) because the upgrade of the uimapi module needs to be done manually. 

Since the uimapi version need to match the DX UIM version, the upgrade turn the key to False. 

Resolution

Follow the below steps to resolve:

1. Ensure the UIMAPI version is compatible with the installed OC, (Example: deploying UIMAPI 23.4.5 with OC 23.4.5 / UIMAPI 23.4.6 with OC 23.4.6 etc.)
2. Ensure the load_on_startup key is set to true on WASP>Webapps>UIMAPI
   1. Access Raw-Configure of Wasp probe
   2. Select Webapps
   3. then Select uimapi
   4. then edit the load_on_startup key and change it to true
   5. Apply the change and wait for the wasp probe to get port and PID then test if you can access the uimapi page.
