cdm top n processes alarms for memory usage not working in MCS

Issue/Introduction

The customer wants to make sure that the Total Memory Usage (QOS_MEMORY_PERC_USAGE ) being monitored generates the alarm message containing the top n processes but right now its not doing that. There are no top n processes included in the alarm coming from the given robot. Plus the number of top n processes configured is not accurate/being honored.

Environment

• cdm 8.01-T6
• robot 23.4.4.1
• DX UIM 23.4 CU4
• 23.4.4

Cause

• For Top n processes, only CPU usage alarms were enhanced in the original build for MCS
• Top n for cdm memory usage alarms were not originally addressed in the build but this has been resolved

Resolution

1. Please download and deploy the latest attached test build cdm 8.01-T6 which is attached here for convenience.
2. Also please use the attached latest robot v23.4.4.1 as well.

Together these builds resolve top n processes not showing or the process count being off for memory alarms including Total Usage Memory, Swap usage etc.

The top n processes are now are listed in the memory alarms and the number of processes is being honored.

This 8.01-T6 version will be merged it into the upcoming GA v8.03, which is scheduled for release later this month (August 2025).
