Issue/Introduction

In VCF Operations for Networks you may see alerts such as the following:

 

 

NOTE:  VCF Operations for Networks was formerly named Aria Operations for Networks (AON), and prior to that was named vRealize Network Insight (vRNI).

 

Cause

These may or may not be a transient condition. 

 

 

Resolution

To resolve this issue, you can follow the "Troubleshoot" process, and also the Recommendation provided by the alerts.

If the age of the alert is more than a day or two, you can click on the three vertical dots to the right of the age and select "Archive" --> This alert.  

If the condition that triggered the alert is still present, then it will return.  

If the alert returns after an occurrence has been archived, or it ontinues beyond a 25 hour period, you may open a support case with Broadcom using the process at Creating and managing Broadcom support cases
