Issue/Introduction

You are Unable to see details under Subscription Management. Error message: The user account attempted resides in a tenant that is beyond the allocated grace period. Please review the subscription of the additional tenant with Support.

Resolution

The error occurs after merging two tenants, when an administrator account attempted to check details in the Subscription Management resides in a tenant that is already merged.

Additional Information

The Subscription Management tool (Dashboard > Tools > Subscription Management) lets administrators and resellers resolve tenant and subscription problems and prevent deprovisioning of services. The functionality was introduced mostly to correct subscription renewal errors (typically it can create new tenants instead of applying new subscriptions to existing tenants) and is dedicated to partners and resellers. Administrators can also use it if they are administrating more than one tenant.
