Please provide correct Field Configuration Settings for ConnectALL

Issue/Introduction

We would like to map ServiceNow's "Affected CI" field to our single select list in Jira titled "Affected Services". We have validated that the values in the select list in Jira exactly match the values in the Affected CI field of SweviceNow.

What do we need to set things to in the screenshot attached?  Sync Value type and Data Type mapping especially but please review all.

Have the configuration changed per below screen capture for said field mapping for sync to work.
