Unable to disable Alarm Queue filter and change Health Threshold for API create services.

Issue/Introduction

I have been working to automate the creation of services using the Service Analytics API. While working through this I have noticed it is not possible to manually disable the Alarm Filter Queue Rules. It is also not possible to manually change the Health Threshold settings. I want to overcome those limitations.

Resolution

Use the Store API when creating services via API calls instead Save API. The Save API is intended for use only through the UI. When choosing Save API endpoint programmatically,  client-side validation must be implemented to ensure equal weight assignment from child services to the parent for both health and risk rollup calculations.
