Unable to Export to CSV when Duration filter is on in Alarm Console

Issue/Introduction

Report in Alarm Console of 23.4 CU3, when we adds a Column Filter for "Duration >= 4 hrs" and select all the alarms in the result and click "Export to CSV", nothing happen. Wait for 10 minutes still no CSV file prompt for download.

When we removes the filter and tries export to CSV again, it works.

UIM 23.4 CU3

OC 23.4 CU3

 

Resolution

This issue is fixed and It will be part of 23.4 CU6 release.
