Controller _uninstall_robot callback does not work with Linux RPM install

Issue/Introduction

Performed a deep clean of a rpm installed linux robot that is at 23.4.2 or higher, and the _uninstall_robot callback that is used as part of the process fails to clean up all of the robot related files.

Note: The  _uninstall_robot callback works fine with nimldr robot installs.

Environment

• robot versions 23.4.2 - 23.4.4

Resolution

This issue is resolved in robot version 23.4.5 included in (DX UIM 23.4 CU5).
