MUX - Can't Bulk Update An Attribute

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to update an attribute, Project Manager in this instance, r in bulk, it doesn't update. The two following methods are attempted:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE - 
Method 1:
1. Within the MUX go to the Project module. While in the Grid, use the checkbox to select multiple Projects.
2. In the Bulk Edit panel, enter a new value for the Project Manager. 
3. The value doesn't get automatically updated in the Preview, and clicking "Save" doesn't update the values.

Method 2:
1. Within the MUX go to the Project module. While in the Grid view, ensure that "Project Manager" is included.
2. Update the Project Manager of the top Project you wish to update.
3. Select the grid cell, and click on the square in the lower right side.
4. Drag down to the cells below that you want to the last one you wish to update.
5. The cells should be updated to match the top cell, but nothing changes.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The Project Manager should be updated

ACTUAL RESULTS:

The value is not updated

WORKAROUND:
Each row can be manually updated.

Resolution

Ensure that the blueprint associated to the Projects doesn't have a Security Update Business Rule that has a Target Resource Attribute of "Project Manager". When creating such a rule, a notice is displayed:

"This action disables copying and bulk editing on the selected attribute. Only one Security Update rule per attribute."

This will prevent you from being able to edit in bulk.
