Error: " SSO Admin Username or Password are incorrect " in the vSphere Connectivity for a local replicator in System Health in Cloud Director Availability

Issue/Introduction

When you click on System Health on a VMware Cloud Director Availability(VCDA) you can see Replicator with an error under the local replicators:

SSO Admin Username or Password are incorrect 

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.7.3

Resolution

You can resolve the issue following the below steps:

  1. We need to go to the replicator, manager and tunnel and edit the Lookup service on each one of them. Do not do any changes just click accept and accept the certificate if prompted.
  2. Click on Settings and go to Lookup Service.
  3. Log in to the Manager Service service management interface.
  4. In a Web browser, go to https://Appliance-IP-Address:8441/ui/admin.
  5. Select Appliance login or SSO login and enter the root or the single sign-on user credentials.
  6. In the left pane, click Replicator Services.
  7. On the Replicator Services administration page, select the local replicator with the error and click Repair.
  8. Introduce the replicator root password and click "test connection" Verify and accept the SSL certificate of the Replicator Service instance.
  9. Introduce the SSO login credentials for the vCenter and click Apply.
