Issue/Introduction
You are unable to sent and receive email from specific domain due to IP location.

Cause
The connectivity to and from the US embargoed country/region is blocked. The following countries and territories are comprehensively sanctioned by the US Government: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukrainian territories: Crimea, the so-called Donetsk People's Republic ("DNR"), and the so-called Luhansk People's Republic ("LNR").
Resolution
Contact Email Security.cloud support for the verification if the IP location caused the issue.
