Issue/Introduction

  • Upgrade consistently hangs at 70% and does not progress beyond that point
  • The upgrade progress of upgrade coordinator keeps loading at the "Upgrading Upgrade Coordinator" step
  • From /var/log/upgrade-coordinator/upgrade-coordinator.log we can see that upgrade of upgrade coordinator has been completed successfully on all nodes:

Cause

The upgrade of Upgrade Coordinator has been completed but it was not refreshed in the UI.

Resolution

As the upgrade of Upgrade Coordinator has been completed, refreshing browser page should refresh the state of the upgrade in the UI.
