Connection timedout error for postgres agent

Issue/Introduction

I am getting connection timedout error as below in the logs:

org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: The connection attempt failed.

Caused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Connect timed out

Resolution

Ensure that the range of ports for postgres are not blocked.
