Newly created users cannot be assigned to universes.

Issue/Introduction

I cannot bind a new user to the existing universe.

Resolution

Per design, in order to be able to bind the user to the universe, the newly created user needs to do the following:

a) Log to DXO2

b) Click the "Triage" on the left bar and then "Metrics/Traces by Agent" to fetch data.

c) Logout.

And then Tenat Admin can bind the user to the universe.
