"Insufficient privileges" error during HCX Bulk Migration validation.

• Bulk Migration validation reports "User has insufficient privileges on <network>. Missing privileges. ["No privileges could be fetched for object."]"error in HCX UI
  
  
  
  
• The objects mentioned in the error refer to the configurations selected during the migration, such as the network name, datastore, and others.

Environment

Cause

The vSphere.local\HCX-Administrators was not assigned a "Administrator" role under Global Permission in vCenter. vSphere.local\HCX-Administrators should have 'administrator role' to have unrestricted access to perform all HCX configurations and operations. 

Resolution

Assign "Administrator" role to the vSphere.local\HCX-Administrator under Global Permission in the vCenter.
