WebApp fails to launch when using Microsoft Edge

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 24.3.8 the Spectrum webapp fails to launch when using Microsoft Edge. 

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum 24.3.8

Cause

A group policy enabled IE mode for the Spectrum WebApp URL on the browser. 

Resolution

Disable IE mode for the Spectrum WebApp URL on the Microsoft Edge browser and relaunch the WebApp.
