CloudSOC shows Box file quarantined successfully but cannot find it in the quarantine location

Issue/Introduction

Box file triggered DLP violation and log indicates it's been quarantined successfully, but cannot find it in the quarantine folder.

 

Environment

Box Securlet and DLP Response rule with folder path

Resolution

When you configured remediation Co-admin, the Box Securlet will use this Co-admin to create the quarantine folder. If you cannot find the quarantined files, try login as this Co-admin or other Enterprise Admin to verify.
